An exciting new phase of Born in Bradford begins in January 2019. By the end of 2019, every pregnant woman due to have their baby at Bradford Royal Infirmary will be given the opportunity to become part of the project.
Women will be asked by their midwife during an ante natal appointment if they will share routinely collected information about them and their baby during pregnancy and the following years. The Born in Bradford team will join this data together to look at ways to understand and improve health and service provision in Bradford. Taking part is entirely voluntary.
You can find out more about the project in our participant information sheet. We have copies available in English, Bangla and Slovak and we will shortly have a copy in Urdu. Audio versions as well as a short video explaining the project are coming soon.
