BiBBS ACHIEVE: Family Stories

BiBBS ACHIEVE: Family Stories is an additional project which will work with 30 families from the BiBBS cohort to understand the familial, cultural, and contextual influences on child development and family wellbeing.

We will work with whole family units, involving everyone in the household for 6 years (2026 to 2032). Each year, we will have whole-family group discussions with everyone in the household and one-to-one conversations with adults and children in order to understand the different influences on child development and family wellbeing. Children will be able to choose how they participate and we will work with them for creative engagement and participation. We will co-produce key topics for discussion with families over the 6 years of the project.
