Rosslyn is a qualitative researcher with research background in social psychology. Rosslyn joined BiB in 2021 and worked on the Youth Resilience Programme developing a neighbourhood action plan through qualitative research and consultation with young people and community groups for prevention of youth violence. Rosslyn supported Age of Wonder: Teenage Stories conducting interviews and focus groups with young people living in the YRP neighbourhood.
Since September 2025, Rosslyn has been working within the FaIR team (Families and Inequalities Research for Prevention and Early Intervention) as a Senior Research Fellow. Rosslyn primarily works on BiBBS ACHIEVE qualitative research: Family Stories and ‘Hot-topics’. Family Stories involved qualitative longitudinal research working with a small number family units from the BiBBS cohort for 6 years. ‘Hot-topics’ will work with Year 3 children in BiBBS ACHIEVE primary schools to embed children’s voices in key topics of research, policy, and community interest and debate.
