Food in Bradford Schools Study (FIBS)

This request aims to add to the Age of Wonder project by collecting cashless catering data from schools involved. Having these data will allow researchers to examine adolescents’ school food choices (and the nutritional composition thereof) on a large scale with no burden placed on the young people. Through linkages to other Age of Wonder data, we plan to explore associations between food choice, FSM eligibility, food insecurity, educational attainment, ethnicity, and deprivation (IMD). Longer term, data will provide a rich resource for many years to come.
