Our Community Research Advisory Group was established to advise researchers working on the BiBBS cohort and within the Better Start Bradford Innovation Hub. They are made up of parents of young children or people who live within the Better Start Bradford area.
They meet to discuss aspects of the Better Start Bradford Innovation Hub work, providing expert input on topics such as integrating the research into the early years, communicating the research project and findings to parents and stakeholders, and supporting families to engage in health research. The group has been instrumental in advising on new grants and projects and whether they would be suitable and acceptable for the families and communities we work with.
