Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common skin condition that causes inflammation and itching, affecting many children worldwide. Parents often wonder if their child’s diet could be making their skin condition worse or better. However, there isn’t enough clear evidence to guide them. This study will explore whether certain diets, like those high in fats, salts, and sugars (HFSS) or plant-based diets, have any impact on the severity of AD in children.
