Bristol Direct Access- Bhargav Ganesh Naveen

Bhargav is a PhD researcher at the University of Bristol. His PhD is for 4-years (1+3). In the first year he completes two ‘mini-projects’ and training courses. His PhD supervisors are Dr Carolina Borges, Dr Paul Yousefi, Prof Tom Gaunt and Prof Deborah Lawlor.

As a core part of his PhD, Bhargav will conduct predictive modelling on adverse pregnancy and perinatal outcomes using the proteomics data. The candidate biomarkers selected in these models will be used in further analysis during his PhD.

We will involve BiB researchers in relevant papers and Bhargav will be happy to present findings to colleagues in Bradford and contribute to Scientific meetings and the BiB festival.
