Effectiveness of a postnatal breastfeeding intervention on breastfeeding rates: findings from Better Start Bradford

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Better Start Bradford intervention Breastfeeding Support, which provided postnatal support for breastfeeding to new parents in the community. This will be done by matching women in the BiBBS cohort who did and did not receive the intervention, and testing whether there is a difference between these groups in the rates of breastfeeding when their children were 2 months old.
