Impact of Caloric Restriction on Metabolomic Aging

This project will leverage metabolomics data from multiple diverse cohorts to train novel indices of metabolomic aging. Using these novel metrics, we will explore population differences in metabolomic aging. Moreover, we will implement these measures in the CALERIE™ two-year randomized clinical trial to explore impacts of caloric restriction on metabolomic aging.
