The INGENIOUS Project: Exploring and understanding indoor air pollution relative to physical and mental health in Bradford

In the United Kingdom (UK), most of us spend about 90% of our time indoors including in our homes. However, there is little evidence on levels of indoor air pollution and its impacts on health, compared to those in outdoors. The understandING the sourcEs, traNsformations and fate of IndOor air pollUtantS (INGENIOUS) study aims to understand in greater detail the concentrations of, and health burden caused by, indoor air pollution in households living in Bradford, UK.

This BiB EOI covers work to support the INGENIOUS study on WP2: ‘Assessing indoor air quality and health’ and will help us understand indoor air pollution in households living in Bradford, and its effect on health.
