Predictors of Changes in self-reported physical activity, sedentary behaviours and sleep during the COVID-19 Pandemic in an ethnic diverse population of young people.

The impact of COVID-19 on young peoples movement behaviours (physical activity, sleep, sedentary behaviour) has been dismal, which could lead to further worsening of health and well-being for those most impacted by the pandemic. Understanding changes of movement behaviours throughout the pandemic and identifying the predictors of those changes will lead to greater insight on the wider impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on young people.
