Sumiyya Sajid

Research and Implementation Assistant

I am an undergraduate student studying Psychology at the University of Leeds, currently undertaking a placement year with Born in Bradford. I will be working on the Centre for Applied Education Research (CAER) team as a Research and Implementation Fellow.

I look forward to the opportunity to engage in research which significantly advances the health and wellbeing of the local community. The prospect of collaborating with a team of professionals, who are dedicated to applying rigorous, evidence-based methodology is highly motivating. I also look forward to contributing to initiatives that effectuate meaningful improvements in Bradford’s public health landscape whilst also advancing my professional development. The opportunity to address complex health challenges and drive impactful outcomes aligns perfectly with my professional aspirations and commitments.
