Michael Pan

Senior Research Fellow


Michael is a researcher working with the Born in Bradford’s Better Start (BiBBS) team. He applies quantitative methods and evidence synthesis to examine the mechanistic pathways to family and children’s mental health, wellbeing, and psychosocial functioning. His work seeks to inform users of research evidence (e.g., policymakers, practitioners, affected populations) in the design and implementation of measures that drive meaningful impact. He has a background in psychology and has previously collaborated with government and private sectors in translating research into policy and targeted interventions for communities in need.
