Cathy Knamiller

Research Fellow

I came to BiB as a result of an environmental passion whereby I was involved in voluntarily measuring air pollution around my child’s school and our surrounding area. I work on the BiB Breathes project which is assessing the impact of Bradford’s Clean Air Zone on levels of air pollution and the health of its residents. I have a very diverse work background which includes working as a community worker in Bradford for many years, being a volunteer coordinator and an English language teacher in various parts of the world. My educational background includes a MSc in Sustainable Development and a PhD with the theoretical focus on environmental behaviour change.
