BETTER4U is a research initiative that aims to address rising obesity rates by identifying the genetic, biological, environmental, and lifestyle factors that contribute to weight gain. Using large-scale data, AI-based models, and international collaboration, the project develops and tests personalized, technology-supported lifestyle interventions to prevent weight gain and improve obesity management.
