I am Waseem Saleem and have been a resident in the BD5 area all my life. I was a member of the Parkside Residents Association and have always taken an interest in neighbourhood and community issues. I am particularly concerned about the health and wellbeing of young people and would love to do what I can to help ensure this is on top of the agenda.
I thoroughly enjoy attending CRAG as it allows a meeting between research planners and members of the community. Helping researchers plan their research in a way that will be productive and beneficial to the community is what makes me want to attend. I bring so many transferable skills to the group as my background is in Teaching and Security services.
