I am Adal and have lived in the Better Start Bradford area for most of my life. I have a young son and I work for a charity.
As a parent, I find my participation in Community Research Action Group (CRAG) to be fulfilling in contributing towards the future upbringing of our children and future generations. Many ideas are discussed alongside current and future research topics. It is great to be a part of a team of parents from various backgrounds who come together to create a better future. The group covers issues from obesity interventions, air pollution, cohort studies, medical facility visits to the importance of input from fathers. Being born and bred in Bradford, it is fantastic to see the work being done and to be a part of it.
