Sneha is a BSc (Hons) Psychology student at the University of Bradford, currently on her placement year with Born in Bradford. She is interning as a Research and Implementation Assistant on the Age of Wonder Project and will also be assisting with the IRL (In Real Life) Trials. Throughout her time at university, she has focused on youth empowerment, wellbeing, and community-based support, working directly to help children with learning disabilities, refugees, asylum seekers, and young girls who have experienced bullying. Helping these groups alongside her studies is what drove her passion for clinical and community psychology.
Through this placement, she is excited to see how this major research can be used to bring about meaningful, positive change for families and young people across the community. Outside of work, Sneha loves to unwind by getting out into nature and catching beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
