I was employed as a Community Outreach Research Assistant, at BIBBS.

I come from Romania, I use to live in Bradford for many years, and worked all the way through at Community Works Community and Children Centre, in BD3, as a community project worker, supporting Eastern European families, trying to get them connected with the centre and take part in the projects that aimed to improve the lives of children and families and to integrate them in the British Society.

My previous job, just before I started working at the NHS, was Executive Administrative Assistant, where I worked alongside the manager, and I was completing all the tasks having to do with the management of the company, accounting, follow up work.

Why you enjoy working at BiB

I enjoy working at BIB, because is a new kind of job for me, never worked for the NHS before and I am excited that I’ve got this opportunity to learn so many new tasks and the staff is really friendly and very helpful.

Favourite toy when you were a child

My favourite toy when I was a child was a toy piano

Favourite pastime when not at work

In my spare time, I enjoy playing the flute. I have been playing it for many years, my repertory is usually orchestral film tunes and pop music, music from the 90. I also teach my kids music and dance.
