I joined the Born in Bradford team as Perinatal Project Coordinator in July 2018, since then I joined the Genes & Health team as a Community Research Assistant to conduct the data collection to study genes in the Pakistani and Bangladeshi community too.
My current role is Community Research Coordinator within the Healthy Places team working on various projects centered around air pollution.

Why you enjoy working at BiB

I enjoy working with the team. What makes it all the more worthwhile is that we are making a difference to the lives of the community, their voices are being heard and what we do has a good impact on their future.

Favourite toy when you were a child

My favourite toy as a child was a rocking horse which was gifted to myself and my brother by a neighbour.

Favourite pastime when not at work

I love baking for my family and friends, I also love going for walks in the country side.
