Saim joined the Bradford Institute of Health Research in November 2017 as a Research Database Manager. He is working jointly with the Academic Unit of Elderly Care and Rehabilitation (Care 75+) and Born in Bradford, working on various Database Management and automation tasks.
After receiving his degree in Computer Sciences, Saim completed MSc in Information and Technology and, later on, also acquired a Master’s degree in International Business and Management from the University of Westminster, London, UK.
Following his postgraduate studies, Saim has acquired over fifteen years of experience working in Information Technology in various sectors.
Prior to joining the research team, Saim had been employed as the Principal Information Analyst for Southwest Yorkshire NHS Foundation Trust for four years, working on various projects like creating National Datasets for various submissions to NHS digital (Mental health, Forensic, IAPT etc.).
Besides the NHS, he has also gained experience in the private and industrial sectors.
